Classification
of zinc oxide The manufacture of zinc oxide
is always associated with a certain residue of pure zinc in
the end product. The task is to remove the zinc from the zinc
oxide, whereby the specified end fineness of the zinc oxide
is 99.5% < 45 µm.
Because the product is abrasive and moreover has a tendency
to deposit, this task is not an easy one to solve.
The classifier must be protected against wear and the feed material
must be dispersed in a large amount of air.
Our Turboplex
classifier ATP in special design is ideal for this task.
