Alpine's annular ball mill "Powerpaint
DPP" was developed especially for processing paints
and varnishes and for the grinding and dispersion of high-grade,
aqueous paint systems that contain solvents, as well as
pigment dispersions.
Because - especially with water-based paints, it is important
that product temperatures of 40°C are not exceeded,
both the mill housing and the rotor are coolable.
Other features:
Easy to clean for frequent product
changes.
Small grinding chamber, thus
easier handling
of the machine.
The grinding pearls can be emptied
out quickly and easily.
The integrated lifting and swivel
unit makes it easy to dismantle the machine.
The slotted pipe screen can
be exchanged without having to remove the rotor.
The system
schematic shows a paint processing system with which an end
product in the range of 100% < 10 - 25 µm can
be manufactured.
