Blown film producers rely on Hosokawa Alpine for complete systems
integration. Hosokawa offers the most advanced extrusion control
systems for process optimisation. We not only design and manufacture
the major extrusion components of a blown film system such as
extruders, dies, winders and haul-offs, we also supply treaters,
blenders, gravimetric systems, air chillers and steel towers.
To meet the ever-increasing demands for multi-layer films, Hosokawa
Alpine offers coextrusion systems to produce up to seven film
layers including nylon, EVA, EVOH and mLLDPE. Our systems offer
tremendous flexibility and can be designed for swing line capabilities.

Alpine's blown film lines set the standard in blown film processing.
The systems are the most innovative and technologically advanced
currently in use. Alpine's blown film systems are versatile,
efficient, reliable and offer processors the quality they need
and the flexibility their customers demand.
Hosokawa Alpine specializes in the design, engineering and manufacturing
of the most sophisticated systems available to meet the needs
of blown film producers for a variety of applications such as:
grocery and merchandise bags; institutional and consumer trash
bags; industrial packaging film, and food packaging film.
Another value added Alpine service is turn key installation
of your new blown film system. Hosokawa will completely manage
the installation of your new line and guarantee you will be
up and running on schedule.
Alpine manufactures monoaxial orientation equipment to significantly
improve the properties of blown cast film. Our orientation equipment
increases machine direction strength, film stiffness, barrier
properties and the opacity of mineral filled film while decreasing
machine direction elongation and enabling you to tailor properties
such as shrinkage, tear properties and material density.
This results in improved consumer packaging, directed tearing,
freshness of packaged goods, longer packaging life of meats,
improved organoleptics, improved protection of packaged goods
and material savings. |
